This was such a wonderful experience for my 9 year old son! He saw Dr. Backus. She was very patient and so caring. Took her time with my son. Nurse Kaye was also amazing! From the moment my son entered the appointment, she took great care of him.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Trish at the welcome desk. I had an urgent need to have a form completed by my physician. She explained what steps I should take and also said she would also send a note to my doctor. My doctor called that same evening, saying Trish had left her a note to do so. It isn't often that people go above and beyond in customer service, but both my doctor and Trish did just that. Kudos to them both!
