Dr. Ryder is truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and deeply committed to her patients. I’ve been under her care for over 15 years, and I continue to be impressed by the time and thoughtfulness she brings to every visit. Today’s appointment was no exception: Lilly was thorough and efficient, and I’m grateful to Shana for promptly resolving my scheduling issue. I visited the pharmacy today and Kira was outstanding, she was personable and attentive to my needs. She was kind and kept a positive demeanor throughout my visit. Kiera and Nohemy were incredibly helpful! My almost 80-year-old dad sent me to pick up his prescription, but when I arrived at 5:26 p.m., we realized he hadn’t called it in. Even though it was just a few minutes before closing, Kiera was so gracious and understanding—she told me to wait and took care of everything with a smile. Her kindness and patience truly stood out. Thank you, Kiera, for going above and beyond!

I had to have a nasal swab test and it was not one that could be done in the lab. So one of the nurses, Cheryl, (adult medicine) took time to accommodate me. The reason I needed the test was because I had been potentially exposed to an infection while caring for my friend of over 35 years. She passed away this morning and needless to say I am devastated. Cheryl took a LOT of extra time to let me tell her about my friend and pour out my feelings and was so compassionate and kind and listened intently. She even arranged a courtesy waiver of the co-pay. I am sure I took over 45 minutes of her valuable time but she never rushed me and she gave me a hug before I left. Who does that these days anymore?! I am so grateful to her and to the care I get at all the Kaiser locations.
