Recently visited the salon a day before Eid to get perfect hair but unfortunately my hair looked worse than it was before. The global I requested wasn’t even supposed to have bleach in it but idk what went wrong it caused my hair to frizz up really bad. I looked like a freak show during my whole event. Super disappointed. I even complained but they kept telling me to apply serum and conditioner. If I’m paying a lot of money at the salon I automatically assume I’ll have effortless hair and ready to step out looking good. But this messed up my whole Eid, highly disappointed with the service and the following customer service

a unisex hair salon in bandra, mumbai. the salon is just opposite tim hortons. the salon itself is pretty lavish and kept neat and clean. Mr Apam is my new go to hairstylist. he is sleek and precise with his hair cutting skills and does absolute justice to any haircut he does. the salon is well equipped with latest products and machines. the prices might be higher for a haircut but it's well worth it considering the quality. looking forward for more haircuts soon! overall a good experience at kaizo salon, bandra.
