I recently had my bathroom fully renovated by Joe, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. He arrived every day as promised and completed the project within his original 2.5-week time estimate, which was hugely appreciated. Throughout the renovation, he collaborated closely with me on design choices and finishes, offering helpful suggestions while respecting my preferences. The quality of his workmanship is excellent — the bathroom has been finished to a high standard and looks fantastic. He was also very considerate of my small flat, keeping the space tidy throughout the process. Joe is also very friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Well what can I say…Joe undertook to do a massive job for me! And we haven’t fallen out! 3 new bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring throughout. New skirting, picture rails, underfloor heating. A whole new zoned heating system and new (old) cast iron radiators (we had to buy a trolley just to move them!). The house was a wreck when we took it on…looked ok but it was all skin deep. Joe was undaunted as we pulled up floors and fitted new ceilings, supported the roof, lagged and vented, knocked holes through walls, created whole new rooms and quite frankly made this house a little stunner. Always fun to have around, Joe happily (or so it seemed) tolerated my OCD-ness, and I do like a screw to be vertical or horizontal! It was a project that changed direction a few times and Joe was great at working through solutions without having a flap. I’m sure anyone else who would have done this job would run a mile from me now…I’m not the easiest! But I know what I want… and I want Joe to do it for me. Honestly, if there were more than 5 *s he’d have them in builders bucket fulls.
