Er.Lakshmanan, the proprietor is very knowledgeable person in construction field.He is comprehensible and flexible in understanding our ideas and act accordingly. The materials used for construction are as per agreement and genuine. He is doing his best job ,going an extra mile to fulfill his customer's satisfaction. Each and every day he used to visit the site and provide the detailed information's regularly. As per the structural input by the structural Engineer the construction was done. Good and transparent communication of the builder Er.Lakshmanan also a key aspect of this outcome. In such a young age, the dedication towards his work is outstanding.
