JP did a fabulous job of our 2-month long condo renovation which had a large and diverse scope of work associated with it (laminate flooring, paint, counters, backsplashes, baseboards, framing and gyproc, etc.). He is a great communicator, very detail oriented both in the estimation process and the construction process, and he was very respectful of the strata rules and the condo residents. All incremental scope was documented before the work was undertaken. JP is a perfectionist so the result is a wonderful product.
