Location shabiya 11 I have faced the same issue multiple times in this supermarket. After making the payment, the cashier throws the bill instead of handing it properly. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. We pay money and come here to buy products, not to be treated disrespectfully. Kindly train your staff to behave professionally with customers. Basic courtesy is expected. I recommend everyone to choose another supermarket. This place has become a complete waste of time because of the staff’s behaviour. Until they learn how to treat customers with basic respect, it’s better to shop elsewhere.

This is regarding the recent purchase I made from made from this shabiya 11 store. Unfortunately, the chopping board set I bought did not meet the expected quality standards and appears to be poorly manufactured. Additionally, the customer service experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of care customers deserve. I have visited other branches where the product quality and service were noticeably better, which is why this situation was unexpected.

I bought mozzarella cheese and opened it right away to add some to my food, but I found it was full of mold. Of course, I had to throw the food away and return the cheese. I live nearby, so it didn’t take any time at all before I opened it.
