We signed the contract 2 days after him giving a verbal contract. We closed when I wanted and had no issues - easy peasy process (took a month just b/c we had to move what we wanted out).

I can't believe it's been a month since we moved from our starter home to a forever home after selling the starter to Amos with KPS! I owned the old property in a rougher area of Wichita and had some issues that would have taken some money to get to code if we went with a traditional sale. (Never a good sign after buying a home if your long time plumber comes in and says "I've never seen it done that way before"). We talked with a friend of ours who I used to rent from about what he thought we'd get for it from a cash offer place or selling traditional/auction and what he'd recommend. Long story short, he recommended we reach out to Amos with KPS and I'm glad he did. We got the 2022 county appraisal amount for the house in what was by far the easiest transaction I could have wished for, without us needing to do any repairs. We're set for many many years in a house we love without having to deal with repairs and listing and a second mortgage payment on a property we were ready to sell. Thank you Amos! Ken
