I visited Kapils Salon for a facial along with my friend, and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience for both of us. I had clearly mentioned to them that it was my friend’s first facial, and requested them to make it a good and memorable experience. But instead of focusing on that, they just kept pushing us to go for an overpriced facial without explaining why it would be better. There was no transparency about the pricing — we were only informed after the service that there are different rates for members and regular clients, which should have been disclosed upfront. The facial service itself was far from satisfactory — no proper exfoliation, no soothing massage, and the back massage didn’t even last 5 minutes. Both my friend and I felt like the staff was just rushing to complete the process, not caring about whether we were comfortable or happy with the service. Moreover, no one bothered to ask for feedback, and the billing counter was chaotic, with staff confused about how much we had to pay. Overall, both my friend and I felt that the service was not worth the price. It was a waste of time and money. Kapils Salon might be a big name, but their services, at least for facials, are extremely poor. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
