I worked with Catherine to close on my first mortgage. I had spoken to a couple of different mortgage brokers in the beginning and chose to go with Homestead Financial because it was apparent from our phone conversations that she was a very experienced broker. I ran into a few problems along the way, having never bought a home before and not having an optimal credit profile, but Catherine always knew what the next move was. This helped calm the nerves from the uncertainty of how this whole process works. I also had a few interactions with Richard during this process, both of them work hard to get back to you quickly and seem to go above and beyond.
