I received excellent after sales service for Karcher machines I purchased long time back from a different retailer. I found them professional, knowledgeable and patient. Horrible products. I purchased the se 4001 which is the carpet cleaning vacuum and the hose wouldn’t even go into the vacuum. It took me ages to set it up as it’s not very consumer friendly and the last part where I had to insert the hose in, it didn’t work. I took it back and the store I bought it from checked other units and they all had the same problem. To be honest for the price you pay, which is not too cheap, this product seems to be of low quality because it’s not even checked properly before placing it in suppliers’ stores. I ended up getting a Bissell vacuum cleaner and it works perfectly. They even sent a guy to set it up for me at home and show me how to use it.
