I had to repeatedly contact them to acquire the initial document list, and even then, it was incomplete. Ultimately, I had to rely on my friend to provide the full list, as my calls to Kareer Krafters went unanswered. The process of submitting documents was equally chaotic. Multiple staff members requested the same documents, resulting in redundant submissions and a clear lack of internal coordination. Their advertised interview preparation classes consisted of a simple PowerPoint presentation, offering minimal practical guidance. This fell far short of the promised training. The most egregious issue occurred immediately following my visa interview. I received a call informing me that my program was canceled because I had not submitted a copy of my visa. This was despite the fact that their team exhibited extreme disorganization regarding document management throughout the entire process. While their internal coordination regarding documentation was nonexistent, their communication regarding payments was remarkably efficient. I received prompt and frequent calls and messages concerning financial matters. In summary, my experience with Kareer Krafters was marked by: * Poor Communication: Unanswered calls and incomplete information. * Lack of Organization: Redundant document requests and internal disarray. * Misleading Services: Inadequate interview preparation. * Unjustified Program Cancellation: Based on their own documented organizational failure. I strongly advise anyone considering Kareer Krafters' J1 program to carefully evaluate these issues and consider alternative providers.
