I recently purchased chia seeds in bulk from Natural Spices store during a sale (half the normal rate). However, upon using them, I found the quality to be severely substandard—the seeds have an unusually bitter taste, making them unsuitable for consumption. Since the product does not meet expected quality standards, I regret that I must discard them. :(

Pathetic service ZERO commitment extremely disappointed. I placed an order, the next day got WhatsApp msg with an invoice. I confirmed the order, but at the very next minute, I got a call saying Sir the price has increased we can't deliver your order. I was like this also happens.

I pressed "Place Order", thinking it would take me to a page to link my card or something. Instead, it literally placed the order. To the owner that replied - it was stressful, okay? I WhatsApp-ed and you guys didn't even reply. I was then left waiting to see if you guys showed up.
