Katarina Meglic makes miracles happen. She listens and she finds work arounds for problems. Since we could not travel to the property we were selling, she helped locate and make referrals to people who could do the work from property cleanup and hauling, to tree & bush trimming, to retaking pictures for better weather and catching the tide in. She walked the property several times, sent us pictures and advised on work that would help the sale. She personally uncovered the old overgrown steps to the beach. This lovely woman facilitated paying a vendor who could not receive U.S. payment directly. After I spent two days and 14 calls on the phone looking for an attorney, she referred me to a firm that accomplished closing an international sale in less than 10 days, giving us enough time to gather U.S. signatures under difficult circumstances. Katarina was responsive to every question. She answered email, text messages and phone calls immediately or let us know if she would be delayed in getting back to us. She searched public records for us and worked with interested parties to accommodate their needs. She worked with the buyers on timing and ensured everything was in order for their inspections. We are incredibly grateful to Katarina Meglic and will miss working with her.
