Kate was amazing. We were preparing to sell our townhome and thought we had done enough to have it ready to sell. We really liked colors and had multiple colors throughout the house. Kate held no punches and politely suggested we paint all the rooms the same color and make a few other changes that didn't cost a lot of money, but when completed really took the home up a notch even for someone who had lived there for 15 years. She staged the 1st floor, master bath, and bathroom. It was right around the time that the shelter in place order was looming so I was worried about the timing of selling the house. When I told Kate about my reservations she extended the staging contract an extra 60 days at no cost. Fortunately for us, we didn't need it. We listed the house on a Thursday. Our 1st two tours made offers on Friday, and we were under contract by Saturday. Kate's suggestions and the layout of the home were a huge difference maker. Kate's staging is amazing! I'm picky and I absolutely loved everything she did to stage our home so it could sell fast! The photos of my staged home showed so much better online than the comps.
