Wendy is absolutely wonderful she was thorough and professional and great to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really care about her clients. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. We've spent the last 2 years with Wendy as she helped us with finding renters for our home and now with the sell of our property. I'd definitely recommend Wendy to all my family and friends. Next time I'm in the market I'm for sure coming back to Century 21.

We met Wendy really by chance when she was contacted to show us a property we were interested in. Fast forward a year when we began our search again, we contacted Wendy and spent the next few years viewing many properties together. We loved Wendy's approach, and our personalities really jived. She always made herself available even when we asked for last minute viewings, her response time to texts was impressive, and she was truly invested in helping us find that ideal, almost unicorn home we were looking for. Although our search took a lot longer than any of us expected, Wendy was always patient and encouraging when we lost properties during the time of crazy bidding wars. She always reminded us that our home is waiting for us and when the time is right we will find it. She was correct. With her support and guidance we landed a very unique property, in one of the most sought after areas of Ancaster. Realtors are personable. Realtors are motivated. Realtors are knowledgeable about their trade. These are traits that those in the real-estate profession (hopefully) possess. Wendy Wolfe is no exception, of course, but she’s so much more than that. Even before meeting Wendy in person, I felt instantly at ease. My partner and I fell in love with a listing of hers online but were unable to make the open house. I messaged her incessantly while we were away; she was nothing but receptive and patient, making sure to find an alternative time for us to view the property. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew Wendy was the realtor for us (in fact, we didn’t even consider another option; it was an implicit understanding). From the very beginning and beyond the end, Wendy is genuinely committed to the wellbeing of her clients. So yes, Wendy is personable, motivated, and knowledgeable about her trade. But she’s also the reason we’re currently living in our dream home—something few are lucky enough to say.
