It was so easy dealing with Kato Electrical. From emailing the main office to setting up the visit and getting everything done. Andrew was our electrician. We had him booked for a quote in the morning and he checked in early because he was in the neighborhood which worked out even better! He was professional, polite, clear and friendly. We so appreciate every step of the way being so wonderful. It is hard trying a new service and not being sure where to go. The website was accessible and easy to navigate. Everyone got back to us so quickly and the best part was Andrew's expertise and efficiency.

Great service and very punctual. My appointment was for 10:30am and they arrived exactly at that time. My dryer socket was damaged and needed to be replaced. I only wish that they were more prepared and had the replacement in hand, the electrician had to drive out and purchase one which ended costing me an extra ~$60 in total labour cost, but I guess these things happen sometimes. Overall happy with the result and new socket installation looks great.
