Purchased materials for stairs. Sharing about their unprofessional services: 1. One of the measurement scale is kept behind a pole and it's not easy to see the measurements taken. I had to go near and bent down to see the readings. 2. They shipped a pipe which was defective or one that was already cut. The supervisor overseeing it, the workers and driver all knew about this, but they delivered the defective product. In order to hide the defect, they pushed it inside the vehicle so that it will not be noticed. 3. Post service, they were not ready to change it, but told me to get it refunded at my expenses by taking it back. 4. They stop responding once they see their product and service have not been as per the order placed. 5. Prices are at par with other stores and when compared, I did not find it to be any less.
