On July 10, 2025 I arrived at the Kay Harris Chiropractic & Wellness Centre with very high hopes & dreams. I had been suffering 6 months from a compressed lower spine injury caused by a fall. My whole lifestyle had been upended because the pain was unbearable even with medications. I found I couldn’t stand, sit or even lay down without stabbing pain. Normal activities like walking, Pilates, golfing and even visiting with friends were not possible. I needed help…. desperately! I am so very pleased to tell you Dr. Jeff Harris and the fabulous KH staff far exceeded my dreams. One week after the initial consultation with Dr. Harris, I began their Spinal Decompression Therapy sessions, and after only 6 -1/2 weeks I am pain free, and rejoining life. I cannot be happier. THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr. Harris, and your incredible staff. You have been so kind and supportive through my recovery

I brought my daughter to see Dr Harris after she was born as she was delivered by forceps. The whole experience with Kay chiropractic has been wonderful! They were super quick to bring us in for an appointment after I e-mailed them. When I arrived for our first appointment Dr Harris was wonderful at explaining everything. At our second appointment he reviewed where there was increased pressure and what his plan to help with this would be. When my daughter gets her adjustments, (which look like massages) she seems to really like them, I could not believe how happy and calm she looks. It was also really reassuring to see other moms and babies at this office. The office staff is also super friendly and helpful when I need to change appointment times. Overall a great experience for us!
