Richard RIf you are a watch addict, and trying to abstain, avoid this store! I have had my eye on an Omega Speedmaster for some time, and they of course had both new and pre-owned. Their selection of high end brands was impressive and the attention given was appreciated. I was given lots of time to browse and try on. Everything about the business is high end. The space and furnishings are relaxing, and beverages are provided. In the end I believe I overpaid by a bit but I prefer to buy preowned from authorized dealers, and they were willing to bring the price down. The warranty also helped. I may be getting their names wrong, but Josephina and Harvid were so pleasant to deal with. Would not hesitate to do business with them.

I then asked if they would sell two Cartier watches for me, one in mint condition, the other in excellent condition and heard nothing, called a couple of times and was very disappointed. I also bought a diamond eternity band from them. Why you get no response is unprofessional. They could just say we aren't interested, or we'd like photos z or something. Bid disappointment given that they sell pre owned watches.
