KB Better Construction & Renovation Regina

I was very happy with Kenton (supervisor) and Vikram (construction worker). That was probably the best contractor interaction I've ever had. Kenton made sure my expectations were met and Vikram is very nice, polite, and a hard worker who got the job done with some additional help from Kenton for the really hard part of the job. They returned the work site to how it looked before they started and cleaned up the area as well as my neighbour's yard where they worked. I am so happy to have a straight fence again! I wish I would have had KB Better Construction the first time. It was very obvious to me to compare (after the fact) the previous contractor with your company. If my budget allows next year, I have another smaller project that I will call about. Thank you for the great experience and a job well done.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I booked a kitchen renovation consultation a week in advance, but no one showed up on the scheduled day. I called their customer service, and a representative promised to follow up but I never received a call back. Based on my experience, I seriously question the authenticity of their glowing Google reviews. I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior from any other company in Regina. If a business can't honor appointments or communicate properly, it's hard to trust them with any quality work. I strongly recommend staying away from them.

Had the guys come do a quote for attic and ventilation and bedroom Reno which was very reasonable. The crew came out to do the work very polite and respectful job was done in a timely manner everything was cleaned up perfectly.Very happy and I highly recommend this company. Quality work , very friendly , and took great care making sure nothing would affect my allergies. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
