Chris Rose of KB Complete Plumbing Heating and Cooling came out on 04/09 to give me a bid to replace old burnt out low-voltage landscape lighting with new LEDs fixtures and assisted me in creating new designs for other zones of my property. The very next day, he arrived punctually at the scheduled time and walked the property with me to finalize the design and placement of the new fixtures. Chris is very courteous and professional and has a very easy/going demeanor and pleasant personality and listens attentively. He executed the installation with expert craftsmanship with attention to detail that satisfied our expectations. He was joined by Logan and later Sergio and both gentlemen were equally as polite, courteous and professional. They were all exemplary examples in showing what good customer service to clients should be and they represented the company as if they were primary owners who valued customer service that promote return clients and loyalty. My wife and I were so pleased that we signed up for KB’s annual service and maintenance for our Heating and Cooling systems for late fall and early spring. I would highly recommend this company to others and especially those three fine gentlemen. Update: April 23, 2025 I called for service on another project to replace a bad transformer and photocell. I had the part already purchased and delivered to our home and had the technician swap the part out for us. We also discovered a junction box that needed to be replaced as water from our sprinkler system had gotten inside and began to corrode the metal parts and connections. Benicio was the technician who arrived and completed the work for us. He was equally as professional and courteous as my previous experience had been with other technicians from this company. He implemented a design to help prevent water intrusion in the future and tested the system in my presence to insure everything was working properly. We remain satisfied with the service from this company and are pleased with the short time frame we received in scheduling those services.

Response time was good, I made an appointment late afternoon and showed up first thing next morning. Rick was nice and tried to fix the issue. The only issue I have is it was wet outside and he tracked mud on my carpet. I would think they would put down plastic or have boot covers.

I like this company very much. When they had my service providers assigned they sent me a text message confirming and also introducing the technicians that were coming to the house with a picture and their name so great that's a safety concern for myself and other people. The gentleman arrived they were clean as much as they could be kind considerate very very very very considerate understanding and just very professional for young gentlemen. I would recommend them for a go and I would definitely like to have these guys come back out to the house when I need. They have booties they were prepared just overall outstanding and the only reason why I don't give five stars is because nothing is ever perfect but you know four four and a half pretty good You can't complain on that. But they did a remarkable job very professional
