Piotr fixed our Hansgrohe designer shower that has been giving us trouble for the last year. This is not a standard design for a British shower so it was extremely difficult to find someone who could commit to fixing it. Piotr was very transparent on the risks of trying to fix such a delicate mechanism (which doesn't have easy to find replacement parts) and offered us some suggestions in case things would go wrong. Where to start?… Piotr is the perfect partner for works in your home. Pit Fittings is much more than fitting bathrooms, furniture etc. Often, as with my home, they discover below the surface age-old problems. However, they always find a solution and go the extra mile to ensure everything is 100% in order. Piotr is very clear with his invoicing, his payment schedule and his timings. We had three projects over 3 months and finished right on time. Sebastian, Piotr’s colleague is a fantastic painter/decorator among all the other jobs they do. What makes this company different is the faultless attention to your home: all floors are covered with thick black ground sheet material, all furniture is covered and taped with clear plastic sheeting. The day they left, it only took us a few hours before our home was back to normal. Absolutely no stress throughout the entire process. To look forward to a video chat is saying something. No wonder he doesn’t need to advertise.
