Jenny Delich was absolutely PHENOMENAL. My partner and I met her at an open house when we were just beginning to have a look around the KC metro for our first home. She introduced herself and gave us her business card. Out of all of the agents we met at open houses, she was the only one to follow up properly and without seeming pushy. She setup an MLS search for us and also was happy to amend the search parameters as our needs and interests changed. Most importantly, Jenny connected us with the lender who would guide us through the mortgage application process. Her rapport and existing relationship with our loan officer Dani helped keep everything moving forward smoothly from pre-approval to closing. Jenny was so incredibly responsive to our questions and communicated clearly with us through phone calls, text messages, and e-mails; she worked with us how we wanted and needed. Once we had our pre-approval letter, she was quick to help us set up some showings based on properties that caught our eye. And when we found THE ONE (the second home we saw on the first day!), she was quick to reach out to the seller’s agent, write an offer, and help us through the entire process. She negotiated on our behalf and for our best interests, and within six weeks (in part because of our desire to push out closing) we had the keys to our first home in hand. Jenny’s office also connected us with a service to help get utilities set up. They even helped connect us with possible security system providers and scheduled the appointment. Five out of five stars, I would happily and highly recommend Jenny as a realtor. When the time comes in several years, we’ll be reaching out to her again.
