Jeremy and his team renovated our basement complete with a kitchenette and full bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased. It turned out wonderful. We were comfortable going to work leaving Jeremy and his team to work. All of my dealings starting with Jeremy and with his team were professional and polite. Jeremy was a great contractor to work with and we had such a positive remodeling experience. He worked hard throughout the estimation process to listen and understand our needs and didn’t try to oversell us on additional items. He supplied us with a very good estimate that addressed all our concerns. Throughout the construction process, Jeremy and his team were great with communication: estimating when different phases were going to be completed and what minor inconveniences we would experience within each phase. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a sink for doing dishes for an extra week while waiting on cabinets and countertops. The final project finished on time and exceeded our expectations. He listened to our concerns/ideas and really brought that vision to life. His estimate was almost exact to the final bill with the only difference being change orders we had requested. I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone doing a renovation that wants quality work at a good price.

Let me just say to start that I can't recommend Jeremy and his crew with J&M Construction enough. They built us an amazing screened in porch and the entire process was nothing short of perfect. First, after dealing with several contractors who wanted to just give a quick quote based on the sq footage, Jeremy actually took the time to provide me with a quote broken down to all the costs. I was knowledgeable about the process, so it was nice to have a guy be honest and up front about the details of the quote. Such as the labor and the lumber. Second, as the job got started Jeremy had a family emergency that required a slight delay in the build. However, he was very prompt and professional in keeping us informed with the situation. We were more than willing for him to take all the time he needed to deal with the situation, but he was very interested in keeping us informed and making sure we understood everything about the situation. Then the build itself was great. Jeremy and his guys made sure to be there each day when we got home from work to talk about the progress of the day. He coordinated all appointments with inspectors and ensured that everything flowed very smoothly. The guys did a very good job of cleaning up every day and making sure everything was as clean and organized as it could be every night. When it was all said and done, the finished porch was exactly what we wanted. Like I said to start, we most definitely recommend J & M Construction, and we plan to use them for jobs we need done in the future.
