I have been training with Bill at Kcal Fitness for just over 4 years now. I have a physical job and Bill helps to keep me strong and functional so I can be at my best. Most notably, Bill recently helped me through an ACL and meniscus tear. If you are looking for safe gym options right now, you should definitely call Bill. He and Jenn have gone above and beyond to make their personal training space exceptionally safe and clean for their clients. Bill and Jenn clearly mean it when they say their clients' safety comes first. Bill is a knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, and professional trainer, and the best I've ever worked with. He knows what works and how to motivate you to help you meet your goals. Training with Bill has helped me recover from and prevent ergo injuries. As I move through my 40s, this is increasingly important! He even helped me recover from a rotator cuff injury that I had previously struggled with for years. I really can't say enough good things about this place. I've been going to KCal for more than 4 years, and I would recommend it to anyone.

As a very physically active 56-year-old, the effort to stay fit gets harder with age. Over time, my injuries increased with little to no recovery from various paramedical treatments. I suffered chronic back pain for several years before I finally went to Kcal Fitness. Bill developed an individual-specific training program to help me build and maintain my strength, which was noticeable in the first 2 weeks. After 3 years of consistent training with Bill, I still enjoy many hours of weekly sports, walks and hikes – without injury. In fact, I am more fit now than I was 20 years ago.
