KDK Software is completely below expectations and highly disappointing. The overall experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The customer support team is rude, dismissive, and totally unhelpful. Instead of resolving issues efficiently, they behave arrogantly and show no seriousness towards customer concerns. Queries are either ignored or handled carelessly, leaving customers helpless after purchase. What is even worse is the misleading sales approach. The sales representative made several false promises during the selling process. Features and services that were clearly assured at the time of purchase were never delivered. It appears that incorrect and exaggerated information was deliberately provided just to close the deal. This kind of dishonest sales practice and poor post-sales support reflects very badly on the company. Customers expect transparency, commitment, and professionalism — none of which were experienced here. I strongly do not recommend KDK Software to anyone looking for reliable software or genuine customer service.
KDK Software is nothing but a complete scrap. The product quality is extremely poor and nowhere close to what was promised at the time of sale. It feels like a waste of money. The support team is highly unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to properly resolve issues. Once the payment is done, customer concerns are clearly not treated seriously. The sales representative made false commitments and exaggerated claims just to close the deal. Many promised features and services were either missing or not functioning as assured. This clearly shows misleading sales practices. Overall, this software has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.

This experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. Software Performance: Broken, Unreliable & Ignored The software itself is in terrible shape. As a paying customer, I should not be acting as your testing department. I documented over 11 issues with full details, and even after months, nothing has been fixed. My initial complaint was made back in July 2025, yet your team couldn’t bother to respond properly until September—long after the filing period ended. Even now, the problems are exactly where they were: unresolved. I bought this tool to help me work efficiently, not to battle bugs and delays created by your team’s negligence. Customer Support: Time-Wasting, Mismanaged & Completely Pointless Your refund process is a mess. When I asked for a refund, instead of addressing it directly, you repeatedly sent me to your Technical Team. I spent hours explaining all the defects again, only to be told, in the end, that they have zero authority to process refunds. What kind of system is this? Why make customers go in circles and waste their time? It feels like an intentional barrier to avoid accountability. Final Request I am not satisfied with any part of this experience. I didn’t pay for faulty software, and I didn’t pay to be pushed around between departments. I expect someone with actual decision-making power—a manager who can approve a full refund—to contact me immediately. No more technicians. No more repeating the same issues. Just resolve this now.
