I happened to come across Keepsake Events & Mel when looking on Instagram for a wedding planner. I knew immediately I wanted to work with her when we briefly met for a consultation. From the get go, Mel was so pleasant, cheery, and super calm (if you’re a naturally anxious person like I am, Mel was amazing at keeping me feel assured). I couldn’t have been more happier to work with Mel on the entire wedding process. She was extremely organized and was able to accommodate my billion questions with detailed responses. I really appreciated Mel’s expertise in the industry, she knew all the nuanced scenarios that comes with planning a wedding. Most of all, Mel tailored all of her planning and recommendations to my aesthetic, my personality, and what I was comfortable with — in short, she just GOT me. On the wedding day Mel was AMAZING at keeping everything under control. I wasn’t worried about a single thing. We had intermittent check-ups throughout the wedding which made me feel even more relaxed (amongst ALL the happenings behind the scenes)! Hiring an expert really paid off for us and the investment was 100% worth it. I had the happiest day of my life and couldn’t recommend Keepsake Events more.

My son and daughter in law hired KeepSake as the month coordinator. When a staffing issue arose, Mel immediately stepped in to take over the wedding coordination. She is a consummate professional and is truly dedicated to the couple's needs. She is calm, kind, detailed oriented, thorough, organized and very experienced. As the mother of the groom, I have organized a fair number of events, and I thought I was organized, but Mel is on another level. She reviewed all the vendor contracts and hotels beverage and food contract. When issues were identified, not only were they brought to our attention, but she came up with suggestions to resolve the issues. Mel was very responsive to her emails. She is also very flexible and accommodating as plans changed. On the big day itself Mel and her assistants made sure that everything ran smoothly and kept the wedding party on schedule. She kept me informed on the wine and open bar consumption throughout the evening. She made many trips to the bridal suite to ensure that the cards and gifts were stored safely. She stayed to the bitter end overseeing all the vendors and clean up. We can't say enough good things about Mel and Keepsake. She is an absolute treasure and delight to work with.

BIG thank you to Keepsake Events for making our wedding day the most perfect day ever. We wouldn’t change a thing about how the day turned out. Melanie designed our wedding space perfectly to reflect the natural beauty of the garden venue and having her expertise on how things operate in the wedding world and at our specific venue was invaluable. We had Agnes as our day of coordinator and she was such an amazing person to have on our team closer to our wedding day. She kept everything moving smoothly on the day of so all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. The entire process of planning a wedding was sometimes hard and stressful, but having Agnes and Melanie's help made it a lot easier. We would highly recommend the Keepsake events team because of their impeccable taste, calm demeanours and insider knowledge. We are very thankful to have found their services early on in our wedding planning and for having their help with our wedding design and day-of coordination. If we could re-live the day or have another wedding (lol), we'd choose Keepsake Events every time.

The thought of planning a wedding all by ourselves was daunting. Our wedding wouldn't have happened without Mel at Keepsake Events. She was flexible and creative with accommodating last minute changes in the context of ever-changing pandemic regulations. Most importantly, she kept us excited about our wedding and involved us with as little or as much as we wanted. She was also extremely organized and responsive to any questions we had. Mel also considered all the details and thoughtful touches for our wedding day. The day of our wedding was smooth and worry-free thanks to her organization and coordination of venue set-up and scheduling of events. All we had to do was show up!
