Richard DayHaving used Keith Motors in Ringwood for servicing, MOTs and maintenance for my Ford Fiesta since 2009, I can confidently recommend them. Both my sons have also taken their cars for servicing and MOTs and more recently we took my daughter’s Fiat 500 for an MOT this year. A few weeks ago the Fiat started overheating and losing coolant so we tried to diagnose and thought about fixing it ourselves. It appeared to be the thermostat that had gone. After looking up how to do this job i suddenly had the idea of taking it to Keith motors where I was sure that Barry, the service manager and the team would look after me. I was right! Even though he was on holiday when I booked it in, Lewis ordered the part just in case this was what was wrong and we took it in the following Tuesday. Even though Barry had only returned to work the day before, when I arrived he knew all about the issue with the car! I left it for the day and by mid afternoon Barry called to say it was the thermostat and that it had all been fixed. A new thermostat and housing, new coolant and Jubilee clips. He even waited for a few hours to ensure the coolant had settled down and there were no other leaks. All of this worked out at £145 including VAT which I thought was extremely reasonable! I am going to continue to have Keith motors Ringwood look after my daughters Fiat from now on and will also start taking our Land Rover Discovery for servicing, MOT and repairs from as well. I have had many years of very reasonable and honest service from them for myself and family. All the team are excellent but Barry goes above and beyond to ensure your car is repaired, serviced or MOT’d correctly, timely and at a reasonable price! Thank you Keith motors Ringwood and Barry for such great service!
