I received Kelly as my mortgage agent through Canadian Mortgage app and not only did I get the worst customer service I have ever dealt with it was also the worst experience I have ever had. Kelly made multiple promises to me she did not keep making me make decisions that almost made my whole deal fall through weeks before closing. She advised I go one way with financing and then backed out at the very last minute. Kelly would not answer her phone or email and explain to me what was going on. Through out the whole process she would tell me one thing and it not be true then not answer for days and leave me with no idea what was going on. I had no choice but to take my business else where after already losing financially to finally close my deal after having to change my closing date and start all over 2 weeks before closing.
