My experience here is always good, but my experience with Jim H was particularly good during my last visit. He explained things well and did not talk down to me like many others do. He went above and beyond and that is always appreciated by me. I care a lot about my JEEP and his care and concern for my vehicle as well as his thoughtfulness for the various situations I had going on was wonderful.
