I've Been Calling Since June 3rd. Talked To The Guy and Made My Order For My Son's Graduation Picture. I Don't See Any Pictures In The Mail. I Didn't See A Purchase Come Off My Card. I've Called Numerous Of Times And Left Messages. And NOTHING FROM ANYONE AT THE STUDIO.... 😑

Sign on door said closed...it was a Fri. I went back to the car and called since I noted the hours on their website. This guy comes on the phone and says I SHOULD have rang the doorbell 😭. How was I to know to ring the doorbell 🤨. Then I am told 2-3 weeks for a print to be done????

ETA: WHY HAVE THE "ALWAYS CALL" IF A CUSTOMER MAKES AN ACTUAL APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE EVEN BOTHERS TO BE THERE? THAT'S ALMOST FUNNY! Choose anywhere else and I guarantee it will be a better experience than this place. Made an appointment to pick up pictures (was a headache even getting to that point with lack of returning calls/emails, etc.); and, after spending $175 (just the ones taken for a yearbook, not a sitting), the place was closed, empty, no one there? Why have people make an appointment, if you people can't remember to be at the studio? The kid (Joe) we originally placed the order with seemed overworked; so, perhaps that's part of the issue. "F"
