I had a great experience with my delivery. I informed the team that I wouldn’t be home for part of the delivery window, and the lady I spoke with on the phone was very accommodating and kind. She assured me they would call ahead, which they did. It ended up working out perfectly, and I was home to receive the delivery. My delivery person, Mirek, was very friendly and extremely helpful in placing my heavy item exactly where it needed to go. I would definitely use this service again in the future.
