A1 Glass is consistently excellent. They are friendly and most importantly they do the work when they say they will and it’s correct every time from our experience. You DON’T have to go to Safelite to have your safety features recalibrated. A1 does it. Safelite operates the phone system most insurance companies use as a 3rd party co. Then when you call, you think the insurance company is sending you to them, but it’s actually Safelite doing it. A1 is local and they do certified recalibration all in one stop!!

I called today looking for a windshield for my 1956 buick special. The lady I spoke with was named Melissa, and she was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to find someone who could possibly get a hold of this windshield for me. She did not need to do this and chose to do it anyways. This tells me what type of company A1 is, And how they help support our community. Just this alone guarantees that this will be the place I go from now on If I have any problems. Thank you.

My windshield cracked all the way across. I called and they had space for me the next morning. It took a few hours and I was out of there. It was easy, affordable and everyone was so nice! I will always recommend them!

The Employees were friendly and work was done in a timely manner. However, the gave a check off list of things that they said they did but did not do. There were two cuts on my dash and side panel. There was some weather stripping that was not replaced so water can get under the glass. Those areas have molding/glue exposed. So... not the best experience from this shop. I've had work done at another A-1 shop ea few years ago and that experience was excellent!
