Exceptional experience with Matt White at Kendall Ford Last week I purchased a 2025 Bronco Sport from Kendall and am writing to express big appreciation to Matt White, who helped me through the process. He was sincerely personable, patient and a pleasure to spend time with. I truly felt that his #1 priority was to get me set up with what I wanted. He laid out all the options and wasn't pushy at all. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Kendall Ford. The entire staff is just so good at what they do, and every time I drop my car off for service it’s honestly a great experience. Huge shoutout to Chad, Christo, Tom, and Victor — you guys are amazing. Chad is always super attentive and makes sure nothing gets missed. He’s friendly, easy to work with, and just makes the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Christo made sure I had a rental, but what really blew me away was how thoughtful he was. We just had a baby, and when he realized we needed a bigger loaner vehicle to fit all of our kids, he kept me on a list and actually called me when one came in. He didn’t have to do that at all — the loaner program is already a courtesy — but it meant a lot and was a huge help! I had a ton of baby stuff to move, and Tom helped me carry my heavy car seat and base to the rental (which was a lifesaver). Victor was also incredibly kind and helped me carry my stroller up the stairs. To top it off, I somehow left my license there twice — Christo kept it safe and even offered to have Tom bring it to my house since we had sick kiddos at home. That’s just next-level service. Unreal! 🙌🙌 When it’s time to trade in our car, I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else. Total loyalty to this amazing crew. Thank you all so much!
