Okay. Seriously. These folks were absolutely incredible. Marcus and Abe as well as the sales manager on December 7th were absolutely incredible people. At first it was a crapshoot as far if I could get approved that day. Most credit unions were closed. But the dealership employees literally went above and beyond to make a deal happen. Context. I was involved in a hit and run nov 24th. Driver sped off. No one got the plates since it all happened within 20 seconds. My kids and wife were not in the car thank God, but it totalled my previous car in which was in its last year of payments. The timing was awful as my credit cards were maxed. I had only a little bit of settlement money to work with after the car was deemed a total loss and they took what I had and ran with it. Not just that, but even up to the point the sale was being finalized, they were still working behind the scenes to lower my potential monthly payment. Sincerely and truly. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏 yall help me more than you could even know. This new Impala is a blessing. Again, a shout out to Marcus and Abe. I had gone to 4 other dealerships and none of them gave me as much confidence in my decision making as those two did. Highly, highly recommend.

The first time I went I had a horrible experience with the salesman and I was so nervous to come back. However when I went in this weekend I got the most wonderful person ever, super willing to help and very nice. Eric has helped my friend get their car practically brand new previously and now I got a car from Eric as well. He was super understanding of the holiday season and access to funding. And while my dad would not approve of my purchase,this has been one of the most happiest moments of my life. The people at Kendall take such good care of the cars they take in. I couldn't sleep at all last night due to excitement.

I went to the value lot for a car and had several hurdles that had to be overcome, not the least of which being I only have a permit and not a license (Don’t worry, I had a licensed driver with me!). Jason was amazing. He helped me get financed and get something to get me back on the road. I feel like he actually worked to help me and not fleece me like I was scared of when initially going to a dealership. Both Jason and Abe, who handled the DMV paperwork, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will absolutely be recommending the value lot to my friends who need a car and I look forward to dealing with them if I need to in the future.

I recently just got a car from Kendall about a week ago and I couldn’t have enjoyed my experience more! Eric was so kind and help me sign all my paperwork and find me the perfect car in my budget and mileage range he even called my parents with some cars he knew they would like so they could help choose as they live in California! The whole process took less than 2 days and he really made me feel excited and reassured with the choice I made, the whole staff at Kendall are great including Abraham that helped with financing and Isabella that helped with paperwork overall 10/10 experience would get a car here again !
