I normally don’t leave reviews but I had my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and the whole team was so so amazing. I am very very anxious when it comes to procedures, and everyone was so compassionate. The nurse (who’s name I asked but I forgot because of the meds I was on haha) was so incredibly amazing. She said she is normally an ER nurse, and I really wish that every patient here gets to experience her, because she is an example of a perfect nurse. She clearly explained each step of the preparation process while she was doing it, which really helped calm me down. She also kept reassuring me that I was doing great! Dr. Gallagher also did an amazing job at the surgery. I know everyone reacts differently, but I personally have little pain and swelling post-surgery :) He explained the IV sedation in a very patient friendly way. Despite me being sedated, I personally do remember parts of the surgery, and he continued to explain each step of the surgery as he went. He let me know when I would feel pressure, what area of the mouth he was working on, and etc. which made the experience feel much less daunting. There was another lady in the room (sorry, I also forgot her name :( ) who asked if I needed my hand held during my IV placement, which was so nice and reassuring. It’s a small gesture, but it makes the patient feel heard and safe. What a wonderful team. Thanks everyone <3

Great experience seeing them again on Friday got welcomed by a very nice dental hygienist and the doctor was also nice they all atmosphere and people where great.

I had a very bad experience in there, i had my root canal 2 weeks ago. I already made them clear I want one teeth. They did three of them without asking and charged my alot. Later on it was not done properly, still alot of pain and sensitivity. Waiting for the next visits as i have to show them there work done and they will charge again obviously, had a worst experience. Never recommended.
