Reasonable Prices, Fast Service, Honest Men. We are turning the garage to a game room and wanted a minimal engine to lift the door so we could put a pool table light in the middle of the ceiling. The company sent Mike out to check the space and quote us the same day. Mike gave us a range of prices to fit our budget and they were comparable to other quotes we had already received. The company ordered our engine and had it ready to install within a couple of days. The install crew worked as a good team. We are happy with the product and blessed to find such a great company and people!

Our garage broke & we tried to DIY fix it, got stuck & so had to call someone to fix/finish It. Almost went with someone else, but last minute decided to call Kenner Garage Experts (bc a review for the other place said it was overpriced). I called during normal business hours (afternoon, weekday) & the person answering the phone was able to schedule me same-day. The technician, Ben, called shortly to verify & was able to come even sooner. Garage was fixed in about 30min. Got upsold on some kinked cables (I was skeptical at first, but google said it was reasonable to replace them when kinked). The price for the installation of the cables ($15-20 for the parts) markup/labor matched what I might expect hourly pay is for a neurosurgeon. But, there was no separate “house call fee” tacked on after the fact, so at least there’s that. Ben was personable, quick & I had a few questions about what went wrong with our DIY - he was helpful too. Id ask for him again if that was an option. I’m sure the company wasn’t the cheapest, but I would still use them again bc they’re responsive, the work is done quick and the technicians are friendly.
