Dropped by today for the first time ever. The store is clean and organized and the staff is hospitable. Prices are good. The shirt I bought is very comfortable and I was able to try it on before purchasing. Will definitely shop again next time I am in Lexington

My daughter (13 yrs old) has never been to a UK game. I came here to buy UK gear for the game tonight. The two women folding clothes although very pretty ladies barely acknowledged us. 150$ for 2 sweatshirts and they acted as if we were being done the favor. They greeted everyone as they came in. Including us, but when it was time to pay there wasn't a smile in sight. Not "have a great day," "find everything you were looking for . .. " it was the absence of ANY WORDS that was unsettling. I was so happy to be with my daughter I didn't even realize the feeling I had until I came home. I speak with my money and they'll not see any more of this from me. I do like my sweatshirts though. Damn shame.

Great customer service! I called the Fayette Plaza store in Lexington & placed an order over the phone with Courtney & she was great! I don't live in Lexington but arranged to have my order picked up by my son. Described what I needed & she got in touch with the warehouse & made sure they had each item & size I needed. Very patient & sweet to talk to. Everyone should have a Courtney working for them!

I've always had a good experience at KY Branded but yesterday was exceptional! Courtney was so helpful when the size I needed wasn't in stock. She ordered it for me and it was ready for me to pick up the same day! My son LOVES his new shirt, too!
