Kentucky Shine Exterior Cleaning & Pressure Washing

KY Shine. In my experience with Justin Taylor (owner/operator of KY Shine) I was and am very pleased with the results of his work, he showed up when he said he would and in this day and time is in itself a rarely. Justin was very friendly and easy to deal with he explained the process to me in a way that made it easy for me to understand. The north side of the buildings hade 25+ years of mold & neglect and he made them look like they had just been built. I would and will highly recommend him to anyone! I can’t say enough good things about this power washing company and the owner, Justin! I submitted a request for a quote and was shocked (in the best way) when he personally called me that same evening around 8 PM. That kind of prompt response really impressed me. This job was actually a gift for my dad, and while I live in Ohio, the camper we needed cleaned is in Monticello, KY. Justin didn’t hesitate to work with us even though we were out of state. He asked what all we needed power washed and gave me a very reasonable quote right over the phone. We were aware of the black streaks on the camper from the rubber molding. This was something we weren’t sure could be power washed off or not, but Justin did his best to remove what he could and even used a special brush to try to remove more. He was transparent in letting us know that while most of the black streaks came off, they were still slightly visible. We were totally understanding of this and honestly thrilled with how much he was able to get off. His communication and effort throughout were top-notch. He kept in touch the entire time—called a few days ahead to confirm our scheduled date and then again the day of to let me know when he was starting and to double-check the details. After the job was complete, he followed up with a call and sent pictures. Everything looked fantastic! The communication, pricing, and overall service were beyond what I expected. I’m so happy with how it all turned out and will definitely be using him again. Highly recommend!
