I recently visited Kentucky urgent care for a minor sprain, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The online check-in process was incredibly smooth, saving me a significant amount of time in the waiting room. The facility itself was spotlessly clean and modern, creating a calm atmosphere. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the medical assistant who took my vitals was both professional and empathetic. The Nurse Practitioner Sherry was thorough and knowledgeable, quickly assessing my injury, ordering a necessary X-ray, and explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan in clear, easy-to-understand terms. I was in and out with my boot and clear after-care instructions in under an hour, which is remarkable for a walk-in clinic. This center truly delivers on the promise of timely, high-quality, and compassionate urgent care, making a stressful situation much easier to manage.

My kids and I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. My kids can be pretty rambunctious and they have always been so patient and kind. I’ve even had nurses offer to hold my newborn so that I can feel out paperwork. The staff really makes you feel heard and they take the time to really help you with any medical concerns.

I have been coming to this Urgent Care for years and I have always had okay experiences in the past- I wanted to finally leave a review because the newer receptionist, Amy, is absolutely above and beyond!! She always ensures my children and I feel welcomed and extra cared for! She is always so kind and happy! The practitioner they have right now (the older woman) is also phenomenal! I’m so happy they have these women working here now, they make the experience go from normal/mediocre to phenomenal!! Thank you!

Everyone was so kind when I arrived and I was quick to get back to a room after filling out the paperwork. Longest part was waiting on the swab results (which is expected)! Bonus: loved the decorated pumpkins. 10/10 recommend!
