The wait was a little long to be seen, but that's to be as expected with numerous other patients there at the same time. However the physician was amazing with my kiddo. Very patient and friendly. Overall way better than some of the other urgent care facilities we've been to.

Had horrible congestion, allergic response and green mucus. I’ve been at this Urgent Care Hamburg location about 5 times over the last 4 years for unrelated reasons. Each time this location far exceeded my expectations. The staffing is superior to similar facilities and treatment being among the best of the best.

My son suddenly came down with a fever & cold symptoms & trying to get into his regular pediatrician was impossible for the day. I saw Urgent Care (Hamburg) had a lot great reviews, 4.4 out of hundreds of reviews. No other urgent care provider even hit 4.0. Quick online registration, arrived at 6:30 pm & Jason quickly got us checked in, within 3 min my son was being seen, his fever had spiked. Before Jason ran any tests he quickly got my son Tylenol, within 15 minutes the results were back. Jason got us all taken care of & squared away, I really want to thank him & sing Jason’s praises bc he could not have been more helpful & accommodating. I highly recommend Urgent Care Hamburg, It will be our go to from now on.

Wonderful place for urgent care. Knowledgeable and caring staff, clean facility, plentiful parking near the entrance. They are closed for lunch from 2-3pm each day so plan accordingly.
