I called next day NOT FOR A REFUND just to give them an update on the scissors. I got a bunch of stuff just the scissors Not for a refund just wanted to let them know that the scissors I got was not cutting. The scissors were only $20 but the attitude that guy was giving over the phone was so rude that he doesn’t care after the sale once the product is sold all he cares about his money. Every person I talk to while cutting hair at my store and whenever I go, I will make sure that they don’t shop from there anymore !
