HORRIBLE COMPANY. Real Estate Equities in its entirety should be investigated by the BBB, Mayors office, Department of Human Rights, the Governor's office and the AGs office for unlawful practices, retaliatory behavior, bullying tactics and human rights violations against their tenants and former employees. The multitude of employee turnovers and tenant move outs company wide let's you know Real Estate Equities has ZERO regard for their employees and definitely do not care about their tenants. There's absolutely ZERO follow up from management/corporate of Real Estate Equities when leaving voicemails or emails, management of Real Estate Equities are never in their offices during the times and days posted that they are to be. Real Estate Equities management and corporate employees also use retaliatory and bullying tactics if you voice your frustration and unhappiness with the way you are being treated or God forbid, you point out their mistakes. Tenants are given eviction notices due to the lack of communication and follow through, through fault of the management and corporate employees of Real Estate Equities but neither take any accountability as they haul innocent tenants to court for their own financial gain while ruining these innocent tenants records with an eviction or tenants having to enter into homeless for the inability to pay all due of the reckless and careless management and corporate employees of Real Estate Equities. They believe they are superior, have privilege and entitlement, and that they can treat their tenants mainly of low income and even tenants with disabilities however they want but that's not how it works. EVERY past and current tenant and EVERY current and former staff who have or feel they have been treated unfairly and/or inhumane by Real Estate Equities should file an online complaint towards Real Estate Equities to all the offices listed above. Regardless of who you are or what you have or don't have you are all human beings and deserve to be treated as human beings and with the respect and dignity that God intended. Remember..in unity, there is power.

Please I would like someone in leadership to reach out to me because agave housing has been yelling me for months and months that they will fix my broken washer. I kept telling her it’s leaking even after they “repaired it” I always pay my rent on time and I keep paying for half a year for a broken washer. My kid has eczema and I’m live in my own so having to go to the laundromat has been financially overwhelming and very stressful to find the time as a single mom. I wouldn’t be saying anything but it’s Almost 6 months now. And considering terminating my lease isn’t an option so please just help me out with a simple request. Thank you.
