I feel obliged to share the experience I had with Tony from the Education Department earlier today. I had left a voicemail on Friday, and while I was able to communicate with someone via email that day, I still received a call back from Tony today. He first apologized for the delay, explaining that his team was short staffed, but that they did receive my voicemail and wanted to make sure I'm all set. Awesome start! Not only did he confirm the answer I had received previously via email, but he offered additional information. Then, when asking him a couple other questions (that I honestly expected to require me speaking with a different department) he placed me on a brief hold (maybe 2 minutes max) so that he could get answers for me straight away. I am so used to Customer Service meaning long wait times, bugging and bugging for a response, and being passed off from one team to the next to get anywhere - but today's experience was TRUE customer service excellence in my opinion. I got the information I needed and then some from someone who was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. Kudos Tony, and thank you!
