Would like to know why they close and lock all doors on a Holiday? Was there today (reconciliation day). You may have holiday but some people still need their money! and cant get to the machines!!! And your hours on your website dont reflect that your closed!! Says "OPEN". This is ridiculous that you lock all doors! Just because you have problems with the homeless doesnt mean you make your customers suffer!! Pay out some of your millions (or is that billions) and FIX IT!!!! And the fact that you dont handle paying mortgage property taxes now make me think of taking my business elsewhere!

Line up filling the queue with two tellers,bank machines that won't take deposits and managers that walk out of their office look at the line and do NOTHING. My time is worth more than what they seem to think it is. AVOID this branch.

Horrible service. Very dismissive staff, supervisors are the behaviour and say nothing. Went in for my son to reset his banking pin when I asked questions about the authentication procedure I was repetitively cut off with the staff saying “I’m not going to argue with you”… I’m simply asking a question, ridiculous. Not the first time we’ve been treated like this at this location.
