Second, when an issue that was undiscoverable by reasonable inspection turned up on the 2nd day we were in the house after a huge storm, Jody was over at the house the next morning with supplies and a handyman man to help us deal with the issue. Jody is a force to be reckoned with, and having her in our corner is how we survived a whirlwind first time homebuying process. I wouldn't have gone with anyone else.
