Unfortunately it won’t let me put no stars so just look at the 1 star as a negative star. Their slogan “we hold the key to your real estate” is very true, especially when they don’t allow you access to your own home that you own during the selling process. When selling MY HOME and my EX wife had full access to the home and I needed in. John Edwards refused to comply with me as the owner of the home to let me in so I could get my medical equipment. I had to call a locksmith to have them come and open the door and pay out of my own pocket. Very unprofessional and I will never refer this company to anyone.
