I normally don't comment for anything online. However, my experience with John and his team at Keyrenter Property Management has been great for the part 7+ years. My rental unit have always been occupied with no complaints from tenants. All repairs and licenses have been taken care of. This was a big load off my shoulders, wish I had found them sooner. Thank you for the excellent service.

A few months into managing our building they sent us a lease renewal with a 15% increase and won't reach out to ownership with our requests. Our common areas are poorly cared for. Upong taking over the building they also sent me a late notice for a deposit they are holding. They only care about increasing rent not resident relationships or their tenants.

Very unprofessional leasing office. When I called to ask about leasing details, the staff was extremely rude, refused to provide any information, and even hung up on me. This is unacceptable behavior for a company that deals with potential tenants.
