Unfortunately, the problem could not be solved because the part was not in stock. But I could drive it safely back to the Netherlands, I was told, and that happened. Thanks for the help.
Jordan Cole5 minutes from closing time on a saturday i rang him with a problem stayed open to fix it then and there jad to get parts from Christchurch and ended up been there an extra 3 hours to get it done. Helpful guy good at what he does. Thanks
John ClodeDON'T USE THIS GARAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately this has turned out to be one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. After having my car for two days the original problem I had was still not fixed and when I questioned the fact that my time had been wasted and I had lost out on a days pay I was faced with a very angry, and petty man who could come up with no good reason for him having my car for a whole day and doing nothing to it. An electrician was supposed to visit the garage to look at an electrical problem with my car. Apparently he was mean't to arrive at lunchtime, and it wasn't until the end of the day that I received a phone call to tell me that my car would not be fixed that day as promised. I know have to take my car elsewhere to have this problem sorted and lose another days pay. I would strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere, only use this garage in an emergency or as a last resort. Terrible customer service, communication, and no ability to see customers problems that have been created by them.
